Payment Terms
1. Payment Processing
Payments are processed in specified currency (typically USD unless noted). We use secure, compliant payment processing services. Payment information is handled securely by authorized processors. You authorize charges to your selected payment method.
2. Pricing and Fees
Prices are clearly displayed before purchase and include specified fees unless otherwise noted. We reserve the right to modify pricing for future offerings. Existing customers are generally not affected by price changes during their program period.
3. Payment Requirements
Payment terms are specified at time of purchase. Failed payments may result in service suspension. You are responsible for ensuring payment method validity. Additional fees may apply for payment processing issues.
4. Refund Policy
All sales are final with no refunds provided. Exceptional circumstances may be reviewed individually. Unauthorized payment disputes may result in service termination.
5. Taxes and Additional Costs
Prices may not include applicable taxes or fees. You are responsible for any applicable local taxes or charges. Additional costs may be determined by your location or payment method.
6. Currency and Processing
Pricing is displayed in specified currency. Your financial institution may apply additional fees. Currency conversion rates are determined by payment processors.
Communication and Anti-Spam Policy
7. For monthly plans. To avoid the next charge, cancel any recurring plan at least 72 hours before the scheduled renewal date and time in Dubai time (UTC+4).
You can cancel from your account billing page, messaging Matt directly on WhatsApp or by emailing info@rapidwebsupport.com with the subject line: Cancel - AI SaaS Coaching.
If a cancellation request is received within 72 hours of renewal, it may take effect after the upcoming charge and will apply to the next billing cycle.
We do not provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods.
1. Communication Consent
We send program-related communications as necessary for service delivery. Marketing communications require appropriate consent. You can manage communication preferences through available channels. Essential service communications cannot be opted out of while using services.
2. Types of Communications
Service-Related Communications include purchase confirmations and account information, program access and technical support, important service updates and changes, and security and account-related notifications.
Marketing Communications (with consent) include educational content and industry insights, new program announcements and updates, relevant offers and information, and business development resources.
3. Managing Preferences
Marketing communications include preference management options. Requests are processed promptly. You can contact us directly to manage preferences. Service-related communications continue as necessary.
4. Data Protection in Communications
We protect your contact information appropriately. Communication data is handled according to our privacy practices. We maintain secure systems for communication delivery.
5. Compliance
We comply with applicable regulations including anti-spam laws in relevant jurisdictions, data protection requirements for communications, international communication standards, and industry best practices for consent and preferences.
Final Agreement Terms
